Terms of Service

1. Agreement Overview By accessing or using the services provided by CheapSEOVPS (“we”, “us”, “our”), including all related websites (cheapseovps.net), products, and services, you (“User”, “Customer”, “Client”) agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using our services. We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the TOS periodically.

2. Services Provided CheapSEOVPS provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services and related resources to customers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). You are responsible for all content uploaded or transmitted through your account and for the actions of any individuals who access the services via your account.

4. Payment and Billing

• All services are billed in advance. Payments are due according to the billing cycle you selected at the time of sign-up.
• Customers must provide accurate billing information and notify us promptly of any changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of failed or declined payments.
• No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a service has been paid for, it is considered non-refundable, regardless of whether the service has been used or not.
• Any disputes regarding billing must be raised within 14 days of the transaction date.

5. Force Majeure We will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network outages, or acts of terrorism.

6. Privacy and Data Protection We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your data. We comply with relevant data protection laws, including the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) for EU residents.

7. Termination of Services

• For Users: You may cancel your services at any time through your account dashboard. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
• For CheapSEOVPS: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our Terms of Service, including violations related to spamming, illegal activities, or abusive behavior.
• Any outstanding charges must be paid upon termination.

8. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) You agree not to:

• Engage in activities that harm the security, integrity, or stability of our services.
• Use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activity, including spamming or distributing viruses.
• Violate intellectual property rights or infringe on the rights of others.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Abuse Handling and Administrative Fee

• If we receive an abuse report or complaint regarding your account, you are required to respond within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
• If the abuse complaint is not resolved or answered within the 48-hour period, we will apply an administrative fee of $20 (or equivalent in your service currency) for each unresolved incident. This fee will be added to your account and must be paid before services can continue.
• Note: Repeated violations or failure to respond to multiple abuse reports may lead to service suspension or termination in addition to the administrative fees.

10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved by mediation or binding arbitration, under the jurisdiction of [Your Country or State’s Law]. The place of arbitration will be [Insert Location].

11. Liability Disclaimer

• We provide our services “as is” and make no guarantees or warranties regarding uptime, service reliability, or data accuracy.
• CheapSEOVPS will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits, arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

12. Modifications to the Terms of Service We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the TOS regularly.

13. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

DEDICATED SERVER TERMINATION TOS: The Agreement may be terminated at either the User’s or CheapSEOVPS’s initiative under the terms set forth in the General Sales Terms and the Specific Terms.

Listing our IPs in ay spam database leads to an administrative fee of 100 EURO. The customer is responsible for paying the fee immediately. This is binding for all our servers, Linux VPS, SEO VPS, and all services CheapSEOVPS offers.

Termination of the Agreement makes all unpaid amounts by the User payable immediately. The User may cancel the Dedicated Server Services from the Client area 20 days before the due date.

Abuse: You have to answer your abuse ticket in 24 hours, otherwise your services will be suspended.

We do not accept spamming the internet without proxies. Your VPS/IP may be locked for 7 days or get terminated without a refund.

TERMINATION BY YOU: You may terminate the service at any time by providing us with a written notice of termination. If you have subscribed to our services using Paypal, such notice of termination shall be deemed complete only if you cancel your subscription with us through PayPal. We reserve the right to to charge you one time fee of 20 USD. Refund administrate fee if you fail to cancel your subscription on PayPal.

If you choose to terminate the services, you shall be liable for payment of all outstanding fees. Because the services are provided on a monthly basis, we do not give pro-rated refunds for unused time if cancellation is initiated during the middle of a month. We reserve the right to change our fees. All generated invoices have to be paid before termination.  All invoices must be paid, even if its generated before the cancellation request. If the service cancellation request has been sent before the invoice is generated. Then the service will be terminated directly after the due date.

As the servers are manually setup and there are tools which are used for link building, competitor analysis etc so in order to prevent fraud orders which are just to take the competitor reports or to build the links we have a refund period of 24 hours only. According to us 24 hours are more than enough for you to check the quality of the stuff we provide.

We guarantee minimum at least 50% of the tools to be working all time and no refund is possible if some tools are off or banned or down.

No Refunds on VPS renewal payments, No refunds on Scrapebox VPS, GSA VPS and GSA VPS Pro, No refunds on Dedicated servers once they are delivered.
At this time we bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually, depending upon the plan. If the delivered service is not as described on our order pages and only if chosen monthly plan, we would be happy to provide you with a full refund within your first  day of purchase.  Refunds are only given to first time clients. You should open a ticket for opening a refund process. If your server IP address is banned for spamming, you will not receive a refund under any circumstances. No refunds would be offered during any of the special promotional offers where the prices are discounted. (For some special offers the money-back-guaranteed day will be varied and processing fees apply; and Domain Name registration fee & Dedicated Servers Are Not Refundable).
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card. Clients are encouraged to pay by Credit Card as it is the easiest and most secure way to handle payment at this time. There are no contract periods but for each successive period, your contract is automatically renewed unless we are notified otherwise.
All Dedicated Servers including Scrapebox VPS, GSA VPS and Xrumer VPS are not refundable under any circumstances once delivered. If you paid with Paypal, please cancel the recurring Paypal payment manually within your Paypal account to avoid renewal.

By each monthly anniversary of the activation date of your account with us, we shall: (i) debit your credit card if such information has been provided by you; or (ii) deliver, by e-mail or regular mail, an invoice in accordance with the applicable fees for services rendered for the current month. You agree to pay us by the specified payment due date once an invoice is delivered to you. If you have provided your credit card information, you shall ensure that your credit card has sufficient credit to cover this transaction. If your credit card has insufficient credit, we will send an e-mail notification. You shall promptly provide us with another credit card account number within 24 hours. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the account, and all accounts under that account plan, will be suspended.

We shall be entitled to immediately terminate the services if you fail to make timely payments. Such termination or denial will not relieve you of your responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges, plus reasonable interest and any collection fees.

All charges are non-refundable unless expressly provided by applicable law. We are not responsible for any additional bank fees, interest charges, finance charges, over draft charges, or other fees resulting from charges billed by us. The costs of any returns if permitted will be at your expense, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

Cheap SEO VPS shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Cheap SEO VPS servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, Cheap SEO VPS shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of Cheap SEO VPS servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

All our VPS and server services are unmanaged.

* IMPORTANT: Client is responsible for providing installation software and keys/licenses for ALL Microsoft and third-party software required to be installed, if not purchased thru Cheap SEO VPS.

We will not issue any payments If you have ZERO sign ups the last 4 months. Your commission balance will be saved until you referrer at least one sign up in month 5, 6 or 7. We have the right to reset your commission balance if you have zerosign ups the last 9 months.

Recurring commission payments: Minimal of 50 dollars to request a payout.

Cheap SEO VPS cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by Cheap SEO VPS are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by Cheap SEO VPS are not directly owned or written by Cheap SEO VPS. Moreover, Cheap SEO VPS holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as Cheap SEO VPS sees fit. FURTHERMORE, Cheap SEO VPS retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.
